RENTAL POLICIES

• The following schedule of 2009 rental prices is intended as a general reference. Please call for package pricing and multiple weeks discounts.

• All equipment is offered for inspection and testing at our location. InOvation Group will not be responsible for any claims or liabilities resulting from the use or possession of any equipment rented from InOvation Group.

• One and one-half times the daily rate will be applied to rentals past due, per day. ALL RENTALS ARE DUE BACK BY NOON! Unreturned equipment will be invoiced at current replacement value after 3 days.

• All rentals must be paid upon receipt of goods. City, state and school purchase orders accepted. Credit applications are available upon request. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover accepted.

• Rental equipment is the responsibility of the lessee upon acceptance of the equipment. Insurance of the equipment against loss, damage or accidents involving misuse is the responsibility of the lessee.

• Deliveries are priced upon application, based on size of order, type of equipment and mileage.

• Client will be charged for lamps not returned. Burnt out lamps must also
  be returned.

• Early returns subject to 1 day minimum rental.

• Colorado law (18-4-402) concerning the theft of rental property will be strictly adhered to. A person commits theft of rental property if he:

  (a) Obtains the temporary use of personal property of another which is available only for hire by means of threat or deception, or knowing that such use is without the consent of the person providing the personal property; or

  (b) Having lawfully obtained possession of temporary use of the personal property of another which is available only for hire knowingly fails to reveal the whereabouts of or return said property to the owner thereof or his representative or to the person from whom he has received it within seventy-two hours after the time at which he agreed to return it.

• Deposits may be required on equipment at the discretion of inOvation Group.
